Terms of Sale
These terms apply to every purchase of a monta code in Montaroza. Playing the game itself is covered by the game rules. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
1. Who sells
Monta codes are sold by Nexaro Digital. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 42077078. VAT number: NL005477106B64. Contact: support@montaroza.com.
2. What you buy
A monta code is a digital item for use inside Montaroza. It is added to your account and can be used for different purposes in the game. The uses that are available are shown in the game, on the pages where a code can be handed in, together with what you get for it. You can also sell a monta code to another player at the Auction House. We may add more uses, for example a status with extra room in the garage, but we do not promise a particular new use. A monta code has no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money. What you receive when you hand in a code cannot be moved from one account to another. Codes may only be passed on to other players through the Auction House in the game.
3. Price and payment
One monta code costs €1.99. Prices are in euros and include any VAT that applies. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. You pay through Mollie, with the payment methods shown there (for example iDEAL or a card). Your order is complete when Mollie confirms the payment. We never see or store your bank or card details.
4. Delivery
The code is delivered immediately after the payment is confirmed: it is added to your account as an item and shows, with its code, under "Your monta codes" on the shop page. A code only works on the account that owns it. If the payment is confirmed a little later than your return to the game, reload the shop page after a minute. A code does not expire while Montaroza is online. You decide when and for what you use it. Handing in a code uses it up. You can also sell it to another player at the Auction House for game cash. Selling a code outside the game is not allowed.
5. Right of withdrawal
A monta code is digital content that we deliver straight away. Before you pay, you ask us to deliver immediately and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. For that reason the usual 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply to monta codes. Your other statutory rights remain.
6. Problems, refunds and chargebacks
If a code does not work, if you were charged twice, or if you did not receive your code after a successful payment, contact us. We then fix it or refund you. A code that has been handed in, or sold to another player, is not refunded. If a payment is refunded or reversed (for example through a chargeback), we void the code, or remove what came from it, and we may suspend the account until the matter is settled.
7. The game changes
Montaroza is a game that keeps changing. We may change how the uses of a monta code work, to keep the game balanced. We may add or change uses. If we withdraw all uses of the monta codes you own, you can ask for a refund of those codes. If we permanently close the game, we announce it at least 30 days beforehand, and you can then ask for a refund of the codes you bought and did not use. If your account is closed because you broke the game rules, the codes and what you got from them are lost.
8. Age
If you are under 18, you may only buy a monta code with the permission of a parent or guardian.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep the game available, but we cannot promise that it is always online or free of errors. We are not liable for damage that comes from the game being unavailable, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it, for example in case of intent or gross negligence.
10. Complaints
Send complaints about an order to support@montaroza.com. Include the date of your order. We answer within 14 days.

How we handle your data, including your order data, is described in the privacy statement.
12. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms. The mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live remains in force.
